Vibration source analysis of Pu synchronous belt drive

According to the analysis and relevant data, there are three main reasons for the vibration of Pu synchronous belt drive

(1) Incorrect manufacturing and installation, including: ① eccentricity and poor matching caused by unreasonable machining of belt pulley center hole and taper sleeve on shaft; ② eccentricity caused by improper machining size of taper sleeve and shaft.

(2) The unreasonable design includes: ① the actual working condition of the pulley is different from the design working condition, for example, the fan works near the first or second critical speed for a long time; ② the design strength of the footing structure is not the same.

(3) Vibration caused by other factors: ① the belt is too loose due to excessive wear or the belt is installed too tightly; ② the shaft is slightly bent or the hub is worn and deformed due to long-term operation of the equipment; ③ the anchor bolt is loose; ④ the secondary resonance caused by nearby vibration source.

2. Vibration analysis

There are two main reasons that cause the equipment to vibrate unsteadily during the initial test, or the equipment to rotate unsteadily at the beginning of the test The combination and misaligned bearing are installed on the shaft askew.
