Factors affecting the normal operation of high temperature resistant belt conveyor

First of all, we must ensure that there is no problem with our own conveyor. The high temperature resistant conveyor belt is only a hub, and its operation depends on the conveyor. The quality of the device is the first factor to determine whether the belt can operate normally.

Secondly, whether the belt matches the conveyor and whether it is suitable for transporting such goods are the factors that determine the normal operation of the conveyor belt. Whether the belt is in good condition, whether the problem has been solved, and whether the goods are reasonably placed on the conveyor belt will directly affect the operation of the conveyor belt.

Moreover, the operator should have the professional knowledge to operate the conveyor and maintain the conveyor belt, find out the problems, maintain and handle them in time, and strangle the harm in the cradle.

The normal operation of the belt will affect the production efficiency of the enterprise, which should be paid attention to.

The peeling of high temperature resistant conveyor belt is mainly due to the low adhesion and strength between the covering layer and the core. The main reasons for the low adhesion and strength are as follows:

When the paste is changed, the core is glued up.

The 2-core paste is too plastic to combine with the batter.

The plasticizer precipitation in 3-core paste reduces the adhesion and strength between cores.

Fragile materials also limit belt speed. When the high temperature resistant conveyor belt and the transported materials pass through the idler, the powder materials should be transported at a sufficiently low belt speed. The lower belt speed can prevent brittle materials from jumping and breaking at the loading and unloading points. Heavy and sharp edge materials should be transported at medium belt speed. Because the edge will wear the surface of the conveyor belt excessively, especially when the loading speed is significantly lower than the speed of the conveyor belt in the conveying direction. Increasing belt speed can reduce belt width and belt tension. However, while bringing the above benefits, it is also necessary to weigh the possible disadvantages such as belt wear, material runout, air flow resistance, the aggravation of large block impact of carrying idler, and the reduction of the service life of all parts of the belt.
